Governor Kelly Directs Flags be Flown at Half-Staff in Honor of Former Congresswoman Martha Keys
TOPEKA – Governor Laura Kelly, in accordance with Executive Order #20-30, on Friday, directed flags on all state buildings, grounds, and facilities to be flown at half-staff from sunup to sundown on Monday, Feb. 10, 2025, in honor of former Congresswoman Martha Keys.
“As the second woman to represent Kansas in the United States Congress, Martha Keys was a trailblazer,” Governor Laura Kelly said. “Her work has left a lasting impact on our state and our nation. My condolences go out to her loved ones.”
