Governor Kelly Directs Flags be Flown at Full-Staff for Remainder of Inauguration Day
TOPEKA – Governor Laura Kelly, in accordance with President Trump's directive, has ordered flags throughout the State of Kansas to be flown at full-staff for the remainder of Inauguration Day.
Flags should return to half-staff at sunrise on Tuesday, Jan. 21, and remain half-staff until sunset on Jan. 28, 2025, in honor of former President Carter.
