The State Library of Kansas maintains an archive of those Executive Orders issued by previous Governors that have been preserved electronically.
Executive Order No. 23-02
E.O. No. 23-02 ensures that all Kansas children and families have access to the necessary programs and services to provide our children with the best possible start to lifelong learning and healthy development through amendments to the Early Childhood Transition Task Force established in E.O. No. 23-01. The amendments allow the Governor to make additional appointments to the Early Childhood Transition Task Force as the Governor deems necessary.
