The State Library of Kansas maintains an archive of those Executive Orders issued by previous Governors that have been preserved electronically.
Executive Order No. 23-04
E.O. No. 23-04 declares a Drought Watch, Drought Warning or Drought Emergency for the counties listed, authorizes and directs all agencies under the jurisdiction of the Governor to implement appropriate Watch, Warning, or Emergency level drought response actions, and orders that county drought stages declared shall remain in effect until revised or rescinded.
