Becker brings more than 25 years experience in meeting the personnel needs of the health care industry. In this role Milner has developed and delivered several presentations in Kansas and across the country on improving the quality of care in nursing home facilities. Stuckey, Derby, represents the public as a member on the board. A graduate of Henderson State University in Arkansas, Stuckey worked as a music teacher for ten years before taking her current post as an educational assistive technology consultant. The Kansas State Board of Nursing establishes and implements minimum standards for the practice of nursing and mental health technology through the licensure and regulation of registered nurses, practical nurses and mental health technicians. The board also approves nursing education programs within the state and considers future trends in nursing education and practice. # # # |
