Judgeship serves Lyon and Chase counties

Citing his legal and professional experience, Governor Kathleen Sebelius has appointed Jeffry Larson, 45, to serve Lyon and Chase counties as a district court judge in the Fifth Judicial District.

“Jeff Larson has a range of experience in private practice including domestic and family law, criminal defense, adoption, and general civil practice as well as serving as an assistant county attorney. His broad experience will help him deal with the array of cases district court judges handle,” said Sebelius.

Previously, Larson had been a partner at Krueger & Larson, prior to which he served as an associate counsel at Atherton & Vander Velde.
