Governor reappoints Wil Leiker to Board of Directors of Delta Dental Plan of Kansas

Governor Kathleen Sebelius announced her reappointment of Wil Leiker to the Board of Directors of the Delta Dental Plan of Kansas. Leiker will serve a four-year term.

The Board of Directors of the Delta Dental Plan of Kansas works to promote Delta Dental as Kansas’ first choice for dental benefit programs by providing flexible and innovative plans that emphasize superior service, value and cost management.

“I am certain Wil’s knowledge and years of experience will continue helping Delta Dental provide quality dental benefit programs to Kansans,” Governor Sebelius said. “We are fortunate to have experienced individuals like Wil who are willing to serve the people of our state.”

Leiker, Topeka, is the executive vice president of Kansas AFL-CIO, since 2003. He is a member of the Kansas Workplace Safety Coalition, the Kansas Employment Security Council and the Kansas Workers Compensation Advisory Council. Prior to 2003, Leiker worked in various capacities at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and the Local #307 URL.
