Governor Sebelius Announces Partners on the Prairie
A Celebration of the Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve--April 7, 200

Governor Kathleen Sebelius announces a celebration of the Kansas Park Trust on Thursday, April 7, 2005.

“This is a unique partnership that has been in the making for over a decade,” said Governor Sebelius. “It’s time to have a celebration and plan for the future of our fantastic national treasure here in the Flint Hills of Kansas.”

The Kansas Park Trust and The Nature Conservancy will launch their Partnership on the Prairie with the National Park Service and community members.
