When Can I Apply?

You may apply to serve on a Board or Commission at any time, regardless of whether there is a current or upcoming vacancy, as vacancies occur periodically throughout the year.

How Do I Apply?

Please complete an Appointment Questionnaire which is available in two formats:

Online Web Form
Requires only your web browser.
You can quickly complete the questionnaire, upload your resume or bio, and receive a receipt confirmation via email in minutes.
Fillable PDF Form
Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader and your web browser.
You can quickly complete the questionnaire and print out a copy to mail or fax along with your resume or bio. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a receipt confirmation via email.
