David C. Owen was elected 38th Lieutenant Governor of Kansas.

David C. Owen has more than 40 years experience in the financial industry having served as Chairman, President and CEO of two banks in the Kansas City area and as Regional Manager for Stephens, Inc., an investment banking firm located in Little Rock, Arkansas. David served as State Senator and Lt. Governor of Kansas. He is a graduate of Ottawa University, Ottawa, Kansas with a degree in Economics and also received post graduate training at Ohio State University and Rutgers University in conjunction with the American Bankers Association. David is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of Ottawa University, and serves on the Board of the Greater Kansas City Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He is the Chairman and CEO of ICOP Digital, Inc., headquarted in Lenexa, Kansas.
