Paul V. Dugan Sr. was elected 40th Lieutenant Governor of Kansas.

Paul V. Dugan Sr. received his undergraduate degree from Regis University in 1961 and his law degree from Washburn University School of Law in 1964. He is a former Assistant District Attorney of Wichita and has been in private practice since 1967. He has also served as a member of the Kansas House of Representatives and Lieutenant Governor of Kansas. He specializes in estate planning which includes wills, probate law, living trusts, power of attorney, living wills and other estate tax and planning matters. In addition he previously engaged in personal injury and workers compensation and now assists Paul V. Dugan Jr. in personal injury trials and consults with him in workers compensation cases. He is currently a member of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association.
